Road Trip Order Purchase Terms Agreement

I agree to pick up my order at the location I selected during purchase at the location event day and time.

I understand that pre-ordered items are non-refundable and must be picked up during the scheduled date and timeframe chosen during checkout and that missed orders will not be left at our host locations for a later pick up.

Road Trip Refund Policy

Pre-orders for our road trips are non-refundable. 

Missed orders will not be left behind at our host locations for a later pick up. Missed pick ups may be picked up at a future location up to 4 days after the original pick up date.

If you would need to change your pre-order or move it to another date or location, you may email us no later than 7 days prior to the original event date to request a change. 

Care instructions are provided on our citrus boxes, as a handout, and on our FAQ web page. Refunds for quality issues due to improper storage or care of products will not be granted.

Partial refunds may be granted for items with quality issues at the discretion of Georgia Peach Truck. Please email us within 7 days of your pick up with a detailed description of your quality issue along with photo proof so we can determine whether a partial refund is applicable. If your request is approved, your partial refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Partial refunds for cash purchases will be granted as a credit toward a future purchase at a road trip stop and must be used within one calendar year from the issue date.

“Scratch and dent” purchases and “seconds” boxes are final sale and non-refundable.

Mail Order Purchase Terms Agreement

Prices include free standard shipping. However, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, only physical addresses. Unfortunately agricultural regulations prevent the shipping of peaches to California or Arizona. We are also unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.

 

Mail Order Schedule

  • Orders placed through June 22, 2025 will be shipped on June 24, 2025.
  • Orders placed through June 29, 2025 will be shipped on July 1, 2025.
  • Orders placed through June 22, 2025 will be shipped on June 24, 2025.
  • Orders placed through July 6, 2025 will be shipped on July 8, 2025.
  • Orders placed through July 13, 2025 will be shipped on July 15, 2025.
  • Orders placed through July 20, 2025 will be shipped on July 22, 2025.
  • Orders placed through July 27, 2025 will be shipped on July 29, 2025.
  • First 3 Week Peach Subscription will be shipped the weeks of July 23, 2025, June 30, 2025, and July 7, 2025.
  • Last 3 Week Peach Subscription will be shipped the weeks of July 14, 2025, July 21, 2025, and July 28, 2025.
  • Every Other Week Peach Subscription will be shipped the weeks of June 23, 2025, July 7, 2025, and July 21, 2025.

Product Availability

  • The variety of peaches varies weekly, beginning with clingstone varieties and transitioning to freestone varieties in late June or early July. 

Mail Order Refund Policy

Care instructions are provided on an insert with all mail orders as well as on our FAQ web page. Refunds for quality issues due to improper storage or care of products will not be granted.

If you would like to move your mail order to a future week, you may email us no later than 2 days prior to the original mail order deadline to request a change. 

We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, contingent on the product being in season and available at a future date. Please email us within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed description of your quality issue accompanied with a photo so we can determine if a partial refund is applicable. 

If a replacement is not possible due to availability, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of Georgia Peach Truck. Please email us within 7 days of your purchase with a detailed description of your quality issue along with photo proof so we can determine whether a partial refund is applicable. If your request is approved, your partial refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Credit card and debit card processing fees are non-refundable.

TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

This agreement is between you and GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK. All references to” GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK, 970 Jefferson Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.

DEFINITIONS

“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages.

“Text Message Service” includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies).

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY, see below, incorporated herein by reference.

These text messages may include information such as phone numbers and email addresses, but only for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees where such information is requested. (i.e. if you request the contact information, such as phone number or email, for a person or team at GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK).

E-SIGN DISCLOSURE
By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through your purchase on our site (i.e. Name, Company Name, Email, and Phone Number) to transmit messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn’t limited to, sharing information with the appropriate employee to respond as well as platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages.

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, LOAN, TRADE, LEASE, OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER FOR PROFIT ANY PHONE NUMBERS OR CUSTOMER INFORMATION COLLECTED THROUGH THE SERVICE TO ANY THIRD PARTY.

SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purposes of SMS are not being shared with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes.

Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and isn’t intended to modify our general non-disclosure agreements or terms and conditions set forth between you and GEORGIA PEACH TRUCK, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts.

TERMS OF SERVICE RELATED TO TEXT MESSAGES
We only use information you provide through this service to transmit messages and respond to you.

COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service.

But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees.

We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request).

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number.

After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via a final text message.
