Strawberry Peach Margarita
Take your strawberry margarita up a notch with some peaches.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequila
1/ 4 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Strawberry Peach Puree
Optional
1/4 oz. agave simple syrup (if you like it on the sweeter side)
Salt or Tajin on the rim of the glass

Step 1:
To make the Strawberry Peach Puree:
Chop 1 pint strawberries into quarters, slice 1 peach into wedges, then mix in bowl with 1/2 tablespoon sugar and let sit in the refrigerator at least two hours or overnight. Then purée in a blender until smooth.

Step 2:
Mix tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and purée (if using simple syrup or other sweetener, add now) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain and pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with a strawberry and lime slice.
